To create a listing with CLEARLIST is a simple and easy process. If you are already registered with Clear Asset then use your existing username and password. If not then please click here to register

Once you are registered it is time to list your asset! The listing tool helps you capture all the information and photographs you need in order to market your asset effectively. Once you have created your listing you will have an opportunity to review it before going live. Make sure you capture as much information as possible including Serial or VIN Number, Hour Meter Reading, Attachments, accessories as well as the condition of the asset.
There is NO COST to list an asset. There is a 5% seller's commission for a successful sale and a 5% buyers commission once the deal is finalized and invoiced.
We encourage you to review our past sales results before establishing your asking price. Just search by asset name to see matching past sales. If your asking price is not met you are not obligated to complete the sale however in our experience setting a market related and reasonable asking price ensures a lot of interest from buyers as they know they are not wasting their time.
During the Listing Period Buyers will be able to submit questions to you through Clear Asset. All questions are moderated by the Clear Asset Customer Service team to ensure that you only receive questions from serious Buyers. When the Listing Period is over and if you received and confirmed a successful Offer, the Buyers contact information will be provided to you.
Once a successful offer has been accepted, ClearList collects the money from the buyer and holds the funds in our Standard Bank Trust Account until both parties are satisfied and the buyer has had an opportunity to inspect the asset (if required). ClearList then sends the payment to the seller.
Clear Asset has a dedicated "My Dashboard" system where you can track all your listings and purchases.
